General Information: In order to ensure that your package is delivered, please make sure that your exact address is entered correctly. The Little Medics Publishing House, LLC. does not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered packages due to incorrectly entered addresses or failure to retrieve the package from the entered address.

Processing Time: Please allow up to 5 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays) for the processing of your order.

Shipping Fees & Timeline: Shipping fees and timelines are based on USPS standards. Please contact us if you need expedited shipping services. COVID-19 Update: USPS is experiencing unprecedented package increases and limited employee availability due to the impacts of COVID-19. Therefore, they may be a delay with your package. Unfortunately, The Little Medics Publishing House cannot control any change made on the delivery date, but we will do our best to track down your package and keep you updated. 

***Note on Medial Mail Shipping Option: If the customer selects "Media Mail," please be aware that only the author's signature can be present in the book. No books shipped through Media Mail can include personal messages in them. If the customer wishes to include a personal note, then please select First Class or Priority Mail depending on which shipping method is made available for your product upon checkout.
